Blood trickled down freshly cut wounds that marked his body, leaving a spotted trail of where he had traveled since the fight. One front paw was held above the ground, a large cut scretching across the shoulder of the canine. Even the darkly hued wings sported visible dark red spots of the life fluid. Pale yellow eyes were half open as he limped onwards, the thick leather collar around his neck rubbing uncomfortably even as the tempurature dropped slowly. If only those wolves hadn't said what they had, they wouldn't be buzzard fodder at the moment. Just the thought of that made a smirk cross the muzzle of the ex-lab rat.
Pausing in his trek, he craned his necka round to look over his shoulder. A sigh left Romo. No sign of Voriiki. He hadn't seen his friend since the fight first started. His paws had brought him into pack territory. The scents told him that. Hopefully they had the brains to know now to say anything that got them on his bad side. "Anyone should be smarter than those idiots," he breathed, rolling his shoulders as much as the injuries would allow. Picking the pace back up, the red colored wolf made his way deeper into the forest. After a few steps he stopped compeltely. He was tired. He was hurt. And he was hungry. Not being a good hunter on ground to begin with, and now with the injuries, he was one hungry canine.
Romo sighed, flopping down into the ground. His head was resting on his paws, nostrils flaring as he breathed in and out. Waiting here for Voriiki, or anyone else that might show up, seemed like a wonderful idea. No more walking. He let out a sigh of relief, turning his gaze up past the leaf and branch barrier of the trees. Pinks and ourples were what he could see. The sun msut be setting, the moon just coming over the horizon.

(wolf depending on pack)Kohaku or Ryuu was wandering near the border one day when a wolf with wounds covering (his/her?)body limped nearbye. Cautiously she crouched low and began to approach the wolf keeping her senses keen incase of any trouble. The wind was blowing in her favor, away from the injured wolf.(So I know which wolf im using, did you go near Chaos Rheins[the good pack] or Inferno Fate[the evil pack]?)

((It's in the Chaos Rheins territory board, so ovbiously there. And He is a He. Both my characters are. I mentioned that more than once in the first paragraph. Plus, from what I know, Inferno Fate is a wasteland, not a forest.))

Soulsaver and Dramz were on patrol. Nothing official, just wondering around enjoying each other's company. The laughter dying away from a particularly funny joke, executed by the black-furred male, was the only noise the pair heard as they wound their way between trees and rocks.
However, Soulsaver suddenly stopped, her nose twitching. Dramz silently followed suit, and they soon reached the same conclusion.
Blood. Unfamiliar blood, to be precise. They locked eyes, silently understanding. Without further hesitation, they headed towards the scent, swiftly but cautiously.
It wasn't long before they reached the source, a wolf neither had seen before. It was quite obvious he was wounded as they saw while looking from their hidden spot. "Go get Rayne," the white female whispered so quietly her companion could hardly hear. Dramz nodded before rushing back towards camp to find his favorite healer.
Soulsaver then, steeling herself in case this was a trap or the creatures responsible were still lurking, stepped forward, purposely brushing against forest scrub to make her presence known.
"Hello," she started once she was closer to the wolf, but not close enough to be attacked if it were a trick. "I am Soulsaver of the Chaos Rheins pack. May I approach you?" she asked, a touch of concern showing in her voice.

Nose twitched, scents coming and going. Wolf and plant was still the dominate scents of the area. Ears perked as ruffling foilage reached him. Romo lifted his head as a white female made herself known, head tilting to the side at her chosen words. May I approach? What a strange way to ask something like that. He was injured. Of course, wounded animals were always the most dangerous. Shaking his head to snap himself out of his thoughts, Romo pished himself into a strang position. His legs were shaking slightly after the walk he had taken, the injured one shaking the most.
"Sure. Not like I can win in a fight against a wolf like you. Not a scratch and if anything, a lot better off than me." He sat down, unable to keep standing. "Name's Romo. My friend might be around here somewhere. He's a black furred thing. Blue eyes and a scar on his nose." Why he was telling her this, the red wolf didn't know. Maybe because it was better to not seem hostile to a wolf that might be willing to help. "And so, this is a pack land. I was right." A small smile spread over his jaws.
Romo took this time to look around the area, just in case Voriiki was around here somewhere. Still no sign of him. "So, Soulsaver, right? Is there any way I could get you to find me some food? A guy's gotta eat, ya know." He smiled more to snow no ill-will. Romo didn't expect her to go off and hunt for him. What wolf in their right mind would to an injured stanger? He could ask, though.
"Always thinking of your stomach," a gruff voice sounded from the right side of the winged wolf. Voriiki stepped forward, casting a small smile towards the female. "I'm sorry if he caused you any trouble. Romo thinks with his stomach and nothing else." Dipping his head towards her, he padded to his friend's side.

((heh heh im rather slow today sorry)) Kohaku, seeing that the wolf was safe made her presance known and walked toawrds the wolves. Friendly waving her tail she sat nearby observing them with interest and curiousity.
"Pardon any interuptions, but my name is Kohaku. May I help in any way?"

Soulsaver nodded politely in response to the new wolf's smile. She decided she was safe. It didn't seem they would be turning on her soon if they were speaking so casually.
"I've sent my friend to get my sister Rayne, the pack healer. She should be arriving soon; she runs quite fast when she's excited. However, I think we should take care of your wounds. Healer may not be my official title, and Rayne has a wider knowledge of pain relievers, but, with permission, I could start your treatment." She knew that, at times, wolves with more pride than sense would refuse attention to their wounds and even go so far as bite those who tried.
It was then that she realized Kohaku was present. She listened as the wolf spoke and smiled. Kohaku, always ready to help.
"It depends on whether our new friends want to wait for Raynebringer or use me. Afterwards, if they can walk, you could lead a hunting patrol to get some fresh kill; we have two more hungry mouths to feed."

Glancing his pale yellow eyes towards his dark pelted friend, Romo sighed. "Do whatever." He set his head back on his paws, stretching out the feathery wings as far as they could go, letting them fall to the ground outstretched next to him. "Wait. Start. Doesn't really matter to me. Either way, you're going out of your way to help me. I might as well be grateful and say thanks." He eyed the new wolf, Kohaku, before turning his attention back to Soulsaver.
"If you're sure you can help and now cause more injury than harm, heal away, Soulsaver. I'm your loyal pataint to do away with." Too much drama as he lifted his head, nose pointed to the sky before he lowered his head, grinning. "Though, it's really my shoulder that's the worst of it all." He tilted his head, trying to get a look at the wound that hindered his movement.
Voriiki rolled his eyes, an exasperated sigh coming from the small wolf. "Please try to at least make some sense, Romo. It's bad enough that I understood all that with the way you talk."

Soulsaver nodded before turning and calmly walking to the forest, in search of a young willow tree with still-supple bark, in case he was in pain.
"You're welcome. What's your friend's name?" She asked politely, hoping that some chat would keep him relaxed, better for the wound.

"Him?" Romo barely turned his head as he glanced at his short friend. A small mischievious smirk settled across his maw. "His name is Riiki. Rikki riiki!" Small snickers left Romo as he used Voriiki's nickname, knowing the other wolf didn't like it. His head was lifted ever so slightly off his paws, one covering the top of his muzzle as he tried to hide the snickers.
A glare was sent to the injured wolf. "Yeah, laugh it up, Momo!" He put an emphasis on the name, his own smirk coming on. The fur along his spine was on end, but Voriiki made no move to attack or even look like he was planning on hurting the larger wolf further.
"What did you call me?!" Romo was half way into standing, face shoved so close to Voriiki, their noses were almost touching. A low rumble started down in his throat, lips drawn back to expose his teeth at the other male.

"Yes, you can lead it, Kohaku," Soulsaver stated with a nod as she looked for the right tree. To her pleasure, she saw a young willow sapling that was growing out of place. As she walked further, the voices became muffled. She carefully tore off a young gray-green branch with her teeth before padding back to the two strangers and Kohaku. To her horror, she saw them, their noses practically brushing against each other. The same feeling she usually experienced when Dramz had insulted somebody violent swelled in her chest. Well. This certainly looked bad. "Please, calm down," Soulsaver said, spitting out her young willow branch. "I'm not sure what just happened, but I'm sure this won't end well with Romo being injured. Please, violence between friends will do no good." She retrieved the branch and padded closer. "Do you mind me asking what happened to you, Romo?" _*-*....*-*_ "Raynebringer! Raaaaynebringer!" Dramz shouted noisily, rushing to where he thought he might find her. Suddenly, he caught sight of his favorite gray furball. "Rayne! Soulsaver needs help! Injured wolf, in the woods!"

"You heard me!" Voriiki shouted at his friend. Romo didn't pay attention to his friend. He was twitching his nose, taking short little breaths through it before he drew his head back, lips drawn back and chest heaving. "Oh don't you dare!" The red wolf then proceeded to sneeze on his friend, a smile on his maw as a disgusted look came apon Voriiki's maw. "Great! Now I'm scared of catching your stupidity."
Grinning, Romo sat down on his rear, sticking his tongue out at the black male wolf. "Aw. You know you love me, Voriiki!" Twitching an ear towards Soulsaver, his attention turned to her. "Well, I was attacked. Erm... potential ambush. Their fault. A few now dead wolves who shall never bother anyone else. Except for maybe the buzzards they give indigestion to." Romo cast an innocent look towards the wolfess, trying to act the innocent puppy.

Soulsaver laughed for a moment, reminded so terribly of Dramz. Who, thinking of which, should have found Rayne by now. He did practically stalk the two of them.
"Ahh. I see. Well," she continued, ripping her willow bark to fine shreds, "I suppose that should be brought up to my pack immediately. Is there anybody else you know of who may be lurking around? To cause trouble?"

Head lifted upwards, one ear to the side as Romo tried to think of anyone he or Voriiki might know. After a short thinking period, the red male shook his head. "No. Sorry. It was only those few wolves and neither of us recognized them." Looking over at his friend, Voriiki shook his head as well, adding his own appologies to the mix. "We can somewhat describe them if you want us to. Riiki would be the one with the better descriptions than me."
