((This, again, is separate from other rps where Dramz and Soulsaver are doing something.))
He didn't know what it was about that river in the borderlands, but Dramz liked it. It wasn't a particularly pretty place to him, nor was it that amazing. Maybe it was just the thrill of being so close to an enemy land.
Enemy. It was funny. He wasn't even technically Chaos Rheins, but he slept in their camp, hunted with their warriors, made constant fun of their alphess and healer, and called their enemy, the Inferno Fate, his enemy. The last time he had faced an enemy land, it had been the Fading Light pack in his own beloved forest when the war was at its peak. Even though the seasons had seen him far from his homeland, he couldn't possibly think of joining Chaos Rheins. It seemed too much a betrayal to the Fading Sky pack. Not that he thought Soulsaver and Rayne traitors; they were still just as loyal to their home if not more so than him.
For a second he wondered if Inferno Fate would know anything about the Fading Star Forest and the packs that lived there. Would they call his friends back home foes? Likely. Would they call his foes back home friends? Even more likely.
Snapping himself from such thoughts, he wondered if he should be getting back to his temporary home. Anyways, he was in the mood to hunt, and it would be better to avoid fighting if an Inferno wolf chanced to be by and started trouble. Sure, the land was supposed to be neutral, but somebody seemed to have forgotten to tell them.
He was about to leave when he heard something. A rustling in some nearby shrubs. He stood still. Something was in there. He waited; was it a foe or ally?

Crimson eyes watched the black pelted male wolf as she stood on the border lands. Her border lands. Ears twitched ever so slightly, her dark body held close to the ground. A smirk ahd crossed her maw the minute his scent had reached her nose. A Chaos Rheins smelling wolf so close to the territory of his enemy. The smirk turned into a grin, a small growl mixed hiss leaving her as the alphess moved a bit closer to the supposed prey.
A growl of irritation left Tei as her paw hit a twig, making the small stick roll and irritate the bushes that surrounded her. Such an idiot's mistake. She turned her attention back to the wolf in front of her, lifting her body off the ground and giving her pelt a good shake before making herself known.
"Well, well. What have I found sneaking around the borders? A Chaos Rheins spy?" She sauntered out, tail held high and a cocky grin on her maw. "Speak now, wolf. Why are you here?"

Crap. He could tell just by looking at her that this wolfess meant business. He knew there was only a female alpha. Odds are he was being faced by her. Stupid, low-ranking warriors? He could handle them. An alphess who looked about ready to fly across the river that separated them and tear his eyes out? Did he really want to figure it out?
"I am no spy, your ladyship, nor am I a Chaos Rheins warrior. I was walking and decided I was thirsty. As this was the nearest water source, I stopped here."

Tei was in mood for jokes. Her eyes narrowed as the alphess began pacing back and forth on the side of the river she was stuck on for now. Claws dug into the ground, picking up small clumps of dirt as she walked back and forth. Stopping, she turned to face the unknown wolf, an annoyed snort leaving her.
"Then why do you smell like them?" Tei snapped at the wolf, fur bristling. Her lips were drawn back, teeth exposed as a small growl escaped her throat. "Don't lie to me, you worthless scrap of fur! I know that scent when it comes. I'll ask one more time, why are you here?"

"I have no reason to lie, lady," Dramz went on both truthfully and politely, bowing his head slightly.
"My name is Kendramz, brother of Kane. I belong to the Fading Sky pack of the Fading Star Forest, a place far to the north of here. Ask any of the Chaos wolfs; I am no warrior of theirs. The reason I smell of them is because I have been allowed stay in there territory until my travels continue. As to the reason I am here, I have explained. Would it suit you to see me leave?" Dramz finished, lifting his head a bit to look the Inferno Fate Female in the eyes, hoping she could see his seriousness in them.

"You stay in their territory and yet aren't of their ranks. I still cannot trust you in my territory. Just because you are not of their ranks means nothing to me. A spy can still be a spy even if he is not of that land." Tei spoke these words with a calm tone, her crimson eyes never leaving the dark pelted wolf in front of her.

He was almost amused by the way she avoided his question. Almost. Dramz may not be a genius, but he was not babbling idiot. However, since she may have avoided the question for a purpose known only to her, he decided not to repeat it.
"A logical assumption. That is very true, though with all due respect, I would rather be spying on my friends and using the information against them than watching over the warriors of another pack." He couldn't stop himself from joking just a bit.
"However, as my drinking is complete, I will leave. Good day to you, Inferno Fate Alphess." Dramz turned to leave the area, wondering if she would challenge him, perhaps shoot a few insults across the filthy banks.

Crmison eyes narrowed, a growl now coming and echoing in a low tone. Barely anyone got away with backtalking to her, even in her own pack! The alphess dug her claws into the ground, wanting so much to tear the peice of filth in front of her apart bit by bit, it would be worse if there was a Chaos Rheins patrol coming who caught her. So, Tei let the wolf go, planning the day the wolf crossed her path again.

For some reason, Dramz thought as he rushed back to the campsite, that Tei seemed to want to kill him. It just went to show; nobody appreciated respect any more. Of course, he really didn't have much experience dealing with alphas save for those he would tackle and lick furiously for no reason.
Speaking of . . .
"Hey, Dramz! Over here! Where have you been?" Soulsaver asked, bounding over to him. Despite the promotion to alpha, she felt it unnecessary to use any type of formality around him.
"Oh, just talking to . . . the trees," he lied. "Hey, let's get a hunting group together, can we? I feel like doing some running and fighting and tackling tonight."
"Sure, Dramz, let's get Rayne and some others and we'll have ourselves a grand old time."
As the pair set off together, heading towards camp, Dramz recalled what he had thought a short while ago. Was he really a traitor for doing what he did? Na. He was crazy, but he was loyal as a pup.
